If so this may be the role for you

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a qualified AC engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This is working on data centres across the Central Belt area requiring you to have previous experience working on UPS systems, generators and in switchrooms. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial maintenance experience and hold their 18th ed qualification.

In exchange you will be provided with a company van (private use optional) and 25 days holiday plus bank holiday There are also plenty of opportunities for OT Below are more details on this excellent opportunity

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
  • Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • Pressure leak tests
  • Compressor changes
  • Braising
  • Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Generators, DC Systems and UPS would be beneficial
  • Extensive building services knowledge

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning
  • F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
  • Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
  • Extensive experience working within commercial environments
  • Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean) 
  • Experience working in a mobile role
Benefits:
