London, United Kingdom The 4Front Project Full time

ABOUT 4FRONT

The 4Front Project is a member-led youth organisation that envisions an equitable world in which young people experience justice, love and peace so that they have the freedom to thrive and fulfil their dreams. 4Front exists to serve young people who have experienced trauma, violence and racial injustice, by fighting for their rights, supporting them to heal, and empowering them to build communities where they are nurtured, protected and respected.

4Front was established in 2012 to provide a platform for young people who have been impacted by violence to create change; in their own lives, communities and society. Since then, 4Front has pioneered a unique approach that empowers the young people most directly harmed by trauma, violence and racial injustice to be at the forefront of a grassroots movement for change.

4Front’s approach centres healing whilst directly challenging the UK’s addiction to criminalisation, policing and prisons. We support 4Front members to create change in their own lives, whilst their voices are uplifted to create change in the system.
