What will I be doing?
Ensure the team is reaching their full potential. Find projects aligned with team members strengths and build processes that enable the team to be effective. Increase analytics effectiveness, working as part of the business analytics leadership team to continually iterate to improve the results the team delivers. Be a trusted partner to commercial leads. Work closely with them to identify analytics opportunities and ensure results are embedded in day to day processes. Work with Analytics Engineering and Data Platform to ensure the data and tools we need are available.
What do we need from you?
5+ years of experience in a relevant data role, and demonstrated your ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven analysis. Experience leading and growing high performance analytics teams Great communication skills. Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. At Stuart we use SQL, DBT, Tableau, Superset and Python. Ideally you will know 1 or more of these well. Thriving in dynamic scale-up environments, you contribute to shaping the company's growth trajectory through innovative approaches.
