Outbound Sales Advisor
Monday - Friday (NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS)
Glasgow
Hourly Rate £12.05 Per Hour + Bonus.
Weekly pay + Uncapped bonus structure 

We are currently recruiting for an Outbound Sales Advisor to join the team at our Head Office in Glasgow, where you will have the opportunity to provide customers with a unique product. The role is to provide first class service to our customers and offers fantastic opportunities for progression.

ABOUT US 
McQueens Dairies is a growing family brand. We are passionate about our employees, customers and supporting the British dairy industry. We bottle milk sourced from a farmer-owned co-operative called First Milk who are the only dairy co-operative in the UK 100% owned by its local British farmers, and we’ve been working with them since we opened our first dairy.
Providing our customers with the nostalgic experience of our doorstep milk deliveries, we have expanded our products to include 'essentials' such as; juice, eggs, yogurts and more. We even deliver milk alternative products to support a wider customer base
Trading since 1995, the company has seen consistent growth and we are excited to be recruiting for a Retentions Advisor in our excellent Customer Service Team.

At McQueens dairies we value a work-life balance, that’s why we never finish later than 5pm and only work Monday to Friday. On top of our favourable working pattern we also provide a competitive basic salary plus a weekly bonus for our outbound sales adviser.

THE ROLE 
Responsible for outbound residential development calls to existing customers Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills Ability to upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers Ability to be successfully close sales under pressure Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems Promoting company brand image positively Dealing with a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate strong product knowledge ensure all customer queries can be answered Provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding of each customers’ needs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Telephony experience (Preferred) Excellent customer service skills Ability to work both as a team and as an individual Ability to work towards office targets Ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team Knowledgeable on MS Office
