You will be supported to develop your leadership and managerial skills, as well as your quality improvement (QI) skills to lead projects developing the services for the future. You will work with other Clinical Leads and Clinical Specialist Therapists across UHD as part of a collaborative leadership model for Older Persons Services to support the whole team more widely.This role requires HCPC Registration.Base Location: Bournemouth HospitalInterview Date: TBC Main duties of the job This role will have a strong clinical focus and as such we are looking for a confident clinician who can develop skills within the team.
