Job Summary

Main Duties

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, providing rehabilitation services to patients in their homes and care homes. You will be responsible for carrying a clinical caseload, delivering high-quality interventions, and contributing to the training and support of junior staff.

Requirements

You will require a car for use at work and must be able to work autonomously in the community. We offer regular in-service training, supervision, and Professional Development Reviews to support your growth and development.
