Personal Assistant

Commutable distance to London, Manchester or Birmingham local office.

As a Personal Assistant you will act as a primary point of contact between various Senior Managers/Executives and internal/external stakeholders whilst demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.


Responsibilities 

Extensive administrative support and diary management for various Senior Managers/Executives Arrange internal and external meetings, including team meetings and booking meeting rooms  Minute taking  Travel management; including arranging travel (flights, accommodation, visas), controlling travel schedules and expense management  Arrange and co-ordinate Company related visits and corporate entertainment, liaising with other EA’s, PA’s and organisers involved as required Raise purchase orders Routinely performing a wide variety of support duties  Liaising and working with other EA’s and PA’s and providing cover for absences as and when required Proactively maintaining a high level of business awareness Maintaining confidential and sensitive information  Continually looking for opportunities to develop and improve procedures to maximise team efficiencies Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders


Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge and understanding of FSA and rules and regulations as well as Lloyds regulations Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams)  Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Exceptional communicator at all levels with the ability to build effective working relationships Proven ability to multitask and work with own initiative  Adaptable with the ability to work flexibly and reprioritise effectively  Forward thinking – identifies and works to resolve problems Experience in supporting financial management such as processing expenses/invoices  Keep abreast and demonstrate clear understanding of the roles of colleagues and their relationships to the structure and strategy of the Company
