Trainee Insurance Technician

Pro currently has some exciting opportunities to be part of our Outsourcing Operations team.

The role is permanent and will be working on a hybrid basis, with time split between home and our Gloucester office 2 days a week.

This is a perfect position if you’re motivated, enthusiastic and would love an opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications in a growing global organisation with offices in the UK, Europe, USA and South America.

Main Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Processing and reviewing accuracy of account documentation and calculations and inputting information into Client system
  • Processing tasks accurately in an efficient manner by month end deadlines
  • Ensuring overdue/late accounts are followed up and escalated to Client’s management
  • Investigation and resolution of challenging accounts; identifying and following up missing accounts or miscalculations with external stakeholders
  • Client reporting

  Skills and Experience

  • You must be flexible, and have the ability to manage deadlines and meet SLAs
  • Be able to multitask and learn/use multiple systems
  • You have a passion for problem solving and a keen attention to detail
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable IT Literacy with experience or the desire to work with Excel 
  • Have a minimum GCSE C grade or 4 and above in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Excellent communications skills with fluency in written and verbal English
  • Maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues
