Exciting Opportunity at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Insurance Technician to join our Outsourcing Operations team.

This is a permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement, with time split between home and our Gloucester office 2 days a week.

This is an ideal position for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving and have a keen attention to detail.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process and review accuracy of account documentation and calculations, and input information into Client system
  • Process tasks accurately in an efficient manner by month-end deadlines
  • Ensure overdue/late accounts are followed up and escalated to Client's management
  • Investigation and resolution of challenging accounts; identifying and following up missing accounts or miscalculations with external stakeholders
  • Client reporting
Requirements
  • Flexibility and ability to manage deadlines and meet SLAs
  • Ability to multitask and learn/use multiple systems
  • Passion for problem-solving and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable IT Literacy with experience or the desire to work with Excel
  • Minimum GCSE C grade or 4 and above in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Excellent communications skills with fluency in written and verbal English
