To support the Safety, Health and Environmental Manager in the continual development and implementation of the Safety Management System.This role will further enable the building of a strong consistent proactive safety culture and ensure that safety registers, standards, plans, policies and campaign tools for safety, health and environment (SH&E) are in place and consistent with the Safety Management System (SMS). Essential Criteria ¿ Minimum of HNC/HND or equivalent in a safety related subject or a HNC/HND or equivalent with a NEBOSH certificate¿ Minimum of 3 years¿ experience in a safety related role, in a complex highly regulated environment¿ Experience in risk assessment, including the development of improvement plans and associated standards.¿ Experience of incident investigation, producing corrective action plans and report writing¿ Experience using safety software systems, managing SH&E data and measuring performance.¿ Member of IOSH or ability to obtain within an agreed timescale.¿ Change management experience¿ Full current driving license Desirable Criteria ¿ 2 years operational experience Please note that the closing date for this position is 12 noon on the specified closing date.
