Commercial Plumber required to be based in Norwich

Your new role 
To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Proactive and Reactive works to all mechanical systems in accordance with agreed service levels.

Working independently or in a team to complete all maintenance and servicing tasks. To participate as part of an on-call rota for emergency call-outs and to be flexible to work overtime.
The engineer must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of mechanical plant & HVAC equipment such as chillers, chilled systems / Boilers, heating systems, Air Handling Units, Hot and cold-water systems and building management systems. The day-to-day work being undertaken would be to carry out mainly mechanical aspects. However, when required, the engineer would need to undertake Building Fabric repairs and basic electrical repairs, and to oversee contractors ensuring compliance and job competition.
What you'll need to succeed 

Relevant Mechanical/Engineering Certifications from a recognised institution.Driving licence Experience in a corporate environment.
