Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and target key market segments.
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to generate a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the marketing and production industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A hunter mentality with a passion for sales and building relationships.
