Responsibilities

Als Engineering Manager leitest du das Engineering-Teams, um unsere Plattform auf innovative Weise voranzutreiben und unseren anhaltenden Erfolg zu sichern. ​Du trägst zur Verbesserung unserer Architektur und zur Steigerung der technischen Produktivität bei.

 Du vertrittst die Bemühungen des von dir geleitetem Ingenieurteams  Du stellst eine effektive Verteilung der Verantwortlichkeiten sicher  Du leitest komplexe Projekte mit langfristigem strategischem Wert, termingerecht und mit hoher Qualität  Du arbeitest mit deinen Ingenieuren zusammen, um die größten und kritischsten technischen Herausforderungen zu lösen  Du gibst Schulungen für alle Ingenieurteams  Du ermöglichst ein effektives Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, Schulung und Talententwicklung  Gleichgewicht zwischen Produkt und technischen Anforderungen  Beratung des Führungsteams auf höchster Ebene

Profile

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als technische Führungskraft Fundierte Kenntnisse der Softwarearchitektur und Datenmodellierung Fähigkeit, effizienten, sicheren, gut dokumentierten, getesteten und sauberen Code zu schreiben Tiefes Verständnis von serverseitigen Technologien und verteilten Systemen Wir setzen stark auf diese Tools und Technologien: Ruby, Vue.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Git, kontinuierliche Integration (GitLab CI). Erfahrung mit einer dieser oder ähnlicher Technologien ist hilfreich. Wunsch, in einem Scaleup mit einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden Fließende Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch ist von Vorteil) Ein Universitätsabschluss in Informatik oder ein ähnlicher Bildungshintergrund ist von Vorteil
