Are you a skilled manager with experience in the home care sector?

Join our team as a Hub Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Southwark Shared Service Hub. This role supports multiple branches, ensuring a seamless intake of new referrals and maintaining compliance across our services, including Domiciliary Care, Reablement, and Semi-Independent Living. You’ll be the driving force behind our commitment to excellent service, collaborating with Local Authorities, CCGs, and Commissioners to deliver responsive, high-quality care. Lead our Field Care Supervisors and Intake Coordinators to onboard new clients efficiently, supporting compliance and growth every step of the way


Qualifications

 

You will need: 

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a management role within the Health and Social Care industry, ideally with a background in Domiciliary Care.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and drive a team towards business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with bespoke systems.
  • Negotiation and Influencing: Confident negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with various partners.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with Local Authorities and Commissioners.
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care.
