What you will enjoy doing

  • You will play a key part of our organisation and contribute to the success of our retail stores; Supporting the Operations Manager this role gives you the autonomy to oversee and grow a defined cluster of stores within a set area as well as the chance to network with inspire others, whilst promoting our brand and values in the community
  • You will be responsible for making sure the stores achieve their sales targets and maximises all growth opportunities, whilst you manage the costs to ensure maximum operating profit
  • In addition, you will work in and be responsible for a safety-first environment, where you will actively promote safe practices and information as well as be accountable for the Health & Safety of all within your cluster of stores
  • You will lead by example and take pride in the stores within your cluster, representing them at national meetings and ensuring the day to day of stock and merchandising is the best
  • And lastly, youwill be responsible for people managing, motivating, and inspiring the store teamsto ensure they perform at their best

  • You have excellent communication, listening, negotiation and resolution skills, with the ability to inspire, network and develop positive relationships with people
  • You have great leadership skills and can influence, develop, and motivate others
  • In addition, you have a good knowledge and ability to use computer systems including the creation and monitoring of reports
  • You are flexible and can adapt to change positively
  • Furthermore, you have a working understanding of sales, costs, and efficiencies
  • And lastly, as this is a role covering multiple stores across the North West, therefore you must be prepared to travel within this area and to national meetings as required
