- Collaborate closely with the design team to develop product ranges.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Assistant Buyer should have:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using market research data and analysis tools.
- Understanding of the retail industry and current market trends.
- Experience in a buying role, ideally within the loungewear or fashion sector.
- An eye for design and a passion for fashion.
