Description
We are looking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and caring SENDCo with primary experience and the SENDCo qualification. Applicants should be highly knowledgeable and experienced working with children with special educational needs disabilities and be confident in all stage of the EHCP process. Most importantly, they should be really passionate about making a difference to the lives of our children. We are seeking a professional who is able to build relationships and trusts with all of our stakeholders. We would like the candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with our Inclusion Leader to oversee the education and provision of our children with special educational needs and maintain the high standards we have at Cranbrook Primary School for all our learners. They will also have joint responsibility over the management and training for our large team of Learning Support Assistants.
