By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a teenage girl, in Loughborough.

Our service user loves chatting about her interests and hobbies with her care team and socialising with her friends. She is interested in fashion, beauty and drama, and attends drama school where she loves to participate in a variety of plays. As a Healthcare Assistant, your role will extend beyond providing essential care and youll play a key role in promoting her well-being and engage in the activities that make her happy.

This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on our service users life.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested female staff for their team.

Main duties of the job

Pay Rates:

£ - £ per hour Approx. £ - £ (per 4-hour day shift)

Shifts Available:

Part Time Evenings: 4pm 9pm or 5pm 9pm 2-4 shifts per week Must be available on weekends

Job responsibilities

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
