If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience this could be the perfect job role for you

We have an opportunity available working with our young service user within in his own home in Loughborough supporting with his complex care needs.

We specialise in delivering high-quality, personalised support that empowers our clients to lead fulfilling lives. As a Complex Care Health Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to enhance the well-being of those who require specialised attention.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a teenage boy who lives with his loving family in Loughborough and requires a dedicated care team to support his complex care needs throughout the night.

He loves spending time with his family and care team, watching his favourite TV programmes and listening to audio books. Our young service user thrives on love and care, creating a profound connection with those around him.

He enjoys his time at school and getting involved, his eagerness to explore new concepts and engage with his peers is truly inspiring.

Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep, offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team**

**Essential experience Required**
- 3 months care experience
- Personal care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration

**Desirable Experience Required**
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation Management
- Suctioning
- Spinal injury awareness

**Shifts Available**
- Part Time Nights Available
- 2-3 shifts per week
- 10:00pm - 7:30am or 10:00pm - 8:00am

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £135.00 per 10-hour shift)

Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £140.00 per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour (Approx. £160.00 per 10-hour shift)
