Qualification & Experience:

Extensive experience in technical leadership roles of thermal management systems, including electrified powertrainsProven delivery of thermal management systems from concept to production within an OEM or tier 1 environmentManagement of engineering design teamsProven track record in coaching and development of team membersWorking across functional teamsDeep understanding of high and low volume manufacturing processes eg casting, injection moulding, machining, fabrication, forming, elastomer extrusionProblem solving using structured industry standard processesManaging and developing external engineering resourceFollowing and supporting a production launchBOM managementDriving optimisation through CAEClose collaboration with test teams, understanding instrumentation and data analysisFormal releasing procedures and design change managementTeamcentre PLM or similarIndustry standard vehicle validation proceduresDeveloping design standardsLessons learned and continuous improvement processesEngineering DegreeIndustry related courses – Project Management, Leadership, FMEA
