Are you an accounts assistant looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Assistant to assist an established team.

Working with an established energy company, you will be handling accounts assistant duties in a Fixed Term Contract (3 months) role. You will be delivering excellent customer service, both in writing and on the phone. You will be working with multiple systems, with a focus on SAGE 200.

  • FTC contract (3 months), paying up to £28,000 (pro rata and dependant on experience)
  • Company benefit program, length of service rewards and cycle to work scheme
  • Hours between 9am and 5pm, but flexible

Typical duties include:

  • Raise supplier purchase orders and invoices
  • Utilise Sage 200 (setting up new accounts and supporting queries)
  • Produce payment runs and enter payments on the system
  • Supplier account reconciliations
  • Requesting proof of delivery
  • Sales Ledger
  • Produce reports and client account reconciliations for clients
  • Bookkeeping
