The Role

We are looking for a Depot & Fleet Manager to oversee the smooth running of our yard and maintenance of our vehicle fleet at our Shotts Depot. The ideal candidate would maintain all company vehicles including organising services, MOT, damage repairs and general maintenance. You would follow internal processes ensuring all repairs are recorded accurately and the necessary PO is raised in a timely manner. Previous experience maintaining fleet would be advantageous to ensure current knowledge of vehicle legislation.

As part of the depot responsibilities, you would ensure the yard meets Health & Safety standards enforcing company procedure with colleagues. You will maintain stock levels ensuring sufficient signage, lights and trailers are available within the yard. The ideal candidate would have experience of depot maintenance, including general maintenance within the depot building & the yard.

Essential:

Previous experience ensuring H&S standards are maintained Excellent communications skills: written, verbal and presentation Computer literacy Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Desirable:

Previous experience within the TM industry Previous experience of fleet maintenance
