Your Mission:

As a key player in the team, you will be the driving force behind building and enhancing our estate agency profile in your designated area. Your role will encompass:


With a generous marketing budget at your disposal and the support of a nearby hub office - complete with dedicated sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff - you`ll oversee the customer journey from initial listing to completion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years` estate agency experience.
  • A go-getter attitude with a desire to manage your own area.
  • Flexibility to work both from home and in the office.
