About The Role
The Fashion Retail Academy is currently in a new phase of growth and we have an exciting maternity cover opportunity for a proactive and positive Curriculum Administration Manager to oversee the effective, efficient, and impactful administrative operations of the curriculum department.
The primary focus of this role is to support the management of providing students with the best imaginable experience, administration relating to Further Education and Higher Education Programmes at the Fashion Retail Academy, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and procedures.
Alongside this, you will be coaching, training, and supporting a team of Programme Administration Coordinators and Administrators within the FE and HE provisions. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing high-quality reporting and accurate information to assist stakeholders in making key business decisions.
About You
You will have had previous experience of working in a management role within education, including using student record systems, or in a similar transferrable field. You have excellent communication and management skills, you will be able to lead and create a supportive environment for both those that report into you and your wider team. You will be experienced in delivering excellent customer service and efficient organisation and management of both internal and external stakeholders. Youll help to engrain accuracy and quality in all administrative operations. Strong IT skills, a practical understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements around data and record management, and a working knowledge of best practice in administration processes and policies are essential in this role.
