Deine Aufgaben: Du bist für den Server Ein- und Ausbau zuständig Du organisierst und verantwortest den Baugruppenaustausch (Netzwerkkarten, Power Supply, Speicherelemente wie z.B. RAM/HDDs, etc.) Du hältst Deine Arbeiten in Command/FNT nach Du bist für die Annahme der Lieferung und Hardware zuständig Das Tape Handling gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben Du führst Kontrollgänge in Rechenzentrumsbereichen durch Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung der Verschrottung von Altsystemen Du führst Hardwareinventuren inklusive Qualitäts-Sicherungs-Maßnahmen durch Rufbereitschaft Deine Profil: Eine technische Ausbildung hast Du erfolgreich absolviert Strukturierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutsch Gute Kenntnisse in englisch Teamfähigkeit Betrieb eines ITIL geführten Rechenzentrums ITIL Prozesse idealerweise bekannt Nutzung von ITSM Tools Kenntnisse des Dokumentationstools Comman/FNT Erste Erfahrungen im Enterprise Umfeld von Vorteil Logicalis unterstützt die berufliche Förderung von Frauen in der IT und ist in den Bereichen, in denen der Anteil weiblicher Beschäftigter bislang nur gering ist, sehr an Bewerbungen von Frauen interessiert.
