About the Role: 

As part of the Food & Beverage Team within a casual dining business, you’ll work closely with all functions within the business, from Supply Chain, Operational Safety and Operations to Finance. You will see and be involved in all stages of product launches, from ideation through to launch, along with all the bits in between. 

We have an exciting year ahead and this graduate role will be able to work on various projects and be able to project manage the implementation of Key Business Projects. 

Main tasks and roles over the year include: 

  • Dedicated NPD project across a category – e.g. drinks or desserts 
  • Competitor restaurant analysis 
  • Trend and insight analysis 
  • Project management 
  • Supplier Management 
  • Supporting operational testing 
  • Managing samples 

About you: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, who is a passionate about pizza and eager to experience a fast-paced, hands-on food environment. You will want to learn and develop both your knowledge and skills, making the most out of your graduate year and this exciting opportunity. Skills we’re looking for: 

  • A Food Science/ Nutrition/ Food Management BS or similar graduate 
  • Independent thinker 
  • Great levels of communication, organisation and attention to detail 
  • Team player 
  • Highly motivated 
  • Time management
