We are seeking a dedicated and experienced lecturer to join our team at the Aylesbury Campus. As a lecturer in our Inclusive Practice provision, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with students who have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Your role will involve ensuring that their individual planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting needs are met.
It is essential that you uphold the positive ethos and core values of the college both inside and outside the classroom. This role requires a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. If you are passionate about making a difference and have the expertise to support our students' diverse needs, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Have the ability to plan and prepare innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment schedules which motivate students to achieve.
- Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, whilst also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Address the individual needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom
