Position:Fulltime AEB Employability Tutor
Location: East London(Onsite)
SpecializationsNeeded: Construction Health and Social CareDigital

Responsibilities:

  • Deliverengaging and effective adult educationcourses.
  • Provide support andguidance to learners.
  • Assess andevaluate studentprogress.
  • Collaborate withcolleagues to develop curriculum and improve the learningexperience.

EssentialSkills Qualifications andExperience:

  • Proficientin Teaching Tutoring andMentoring.
  • Expertise in LessonPlanning and CurriculumDevelopment.
  • Skilled in EvaluatingStudent Progress andAssessment.
  • Excellent Communicationand Interpersonal abilities.
  • StrongOrganizational and Time Managementskills.
  • Knowledgeable in AdultEducation Principles.
  • Experience inDesigning Engaging LearningActivities.
  • Relevant TeachingQualifications (e.g. PGCE CertEd).
  • At least one year of experiencein delivering Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Construction Healthand Social Care orDigital.
