KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead byexample
  • Register and buildrapport with potential homebuyers.
  • Arrange and conductproperty viewings providing feedback to thevendor.
  • Negotiate offersbetween vendors andbuyers.
  • Arrangingappointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients tosolicitors.
  • Liaise with buyersvendors solicitors and other estateagents.
  • Generate and book inProperty Valuations for theValuer.
  • Maintain accuraterecords of all salesactivities.
  • Provide exceptionalcustomer service and build strong clientrelationships.

The IdealCandidate:
  • Provenexperience in a sales role preferably within the propertyindustry.
  • Strong negotiationand communicationskills.
  • Excellent customerservice skills with a clientfocusedapproach.
  • Ability to work in afastpaced targetdrivenenvironment.
  • Good organisationalskills and attention todetail.
  • Knowledge of thelocal property market is anadvantage.
  • A valid UK drivinglicense and access to avehicle.
