  • Position: Food Technology Teacher
  • Location: Secondary School, Middleton
  • Start Date: September 2024
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
  • Inspire and motivate students to excel in Food Technology.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialisation in Food Technology or related field.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • Valid DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
