Our beautiful wedding venue was the first country house in the country to be licensed to hold civil ceremonies in 1995 and has been offering dream weddings ever since. Part of the Country House Weddings portfolio of hand-picked wedding venues, with more than 30 years of experience offering perfect weddings to couples, our exclusive-use, catering and venue hire packages take care of your wedding day from start to finish, overseen by our expert team.

From specialist wedding Chefs, experienced Personal Wedding Managers and a fantastic wait team, to knowledgeable grounds teams and passionate housekeepers, our teams pride themselves on providing a top-quality service that helps make our weddings a success.
 

About you

The ideal individual will have a wide range of transferrable skills with a proactive attitude and initiative

About the role - Banqueting Manager 

Main duties

· To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event

· To complete Rotaring and deal with any Front of House staffing issues

· To oversee the food and canape service

· To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event

· To ensure smooth running of food and canape service

· To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans

. Complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
