Twig, part of RSK Group is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the team in Kent on a full time, permanent basis. This is a mixture of office and site work. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to join the business and rapidly progress their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing large projects or term-contracts within the Grounds Maintenance, Arboriculture, Landscaping, Construction or environmental sectors.
  • Client Meetings, site visits and inductions.
  • Complete Reports using the work management system (WMS) to accurately gather data promptly to support contractual and account driven responsibilities.
  • Business development - identify and develop new business opportunities including for existing clients and sites
  • Oversee the safe working operation of the division, working effectively and efficiently. Support the business with delivery of briefings to the work force.
  • Project manage (with support) medium to large projects or tasks (routine and reactive), or a range of smaller tasks with a higher frequency and geographic spread

Person Specification

  • Previous experience and knowledge of the landscaping sector
  • CSCS card
  • Full driving licence
  • Be highly organised and able to adapt to quick changes in a dynamic working environment
  • Can communicate effectively with site teams, suppliers, clients and office-based staff
