This is an exciting role within our growing Catch A Fire team. The Role:

Key roles within Catch A Fire, our Creative Producer/Project Managers will manage projects across the agency – be a go to person to lead the planning and production of creative campaigns and projects. You will see these through from inception to execution, managing the process along the way while ensuring the work is of the highest standard, delivered on time and within budget. Every day will be very different for sure

Experience

  • Broad industry experience gained 3 - 5+ years as a creative producer, project manager or similar project management-led role in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Experience running shoots for stills and video both at home and abroad. Travel is an essential part of this role
  • Experience of overseeing production process and planning from briefing through to post-production for multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to navigate through production logistics to meet timeline and budget requirements
  • Confidently able to organise and manage timelines, schedules, resource requirements, briefings, creative reviews, pre-production meetings and wrap-ups
  • Demonstrates understanding of project financials – revenue, margin etc and is able to plan / manage complex projects within them
  • Ensuring project budgets and cost estimates are quoted efficiently, are consistently tracked and flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed


Skills & Competencies

  • Has a deep understanding of the process from brief to concept to production and is able to raise accurate cost estimates accordingly
  • Production knowledge across industry standards
  • Drives the budget handling on the project, knowing at all times, what the status of a project is and what’s required to keep it on track
  • Proactively looks for solutions, acting with independence and integrity
  • Highly organised and a confident multitasker, with the ability to manage own workload and time effectively to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a positive attitude to working with diverse personalities and complex dynamics 
  • Confidence to question approaches and challenge client feedback
  • Strong, clear communication skills to successfully manage and delegate across various departments and teams
  • Have a meticulous eye for detail and require a high level of quality
  • Good presentation and communication skills – verbal and written, with the ability to provide insightful feedback
  • Naturally innovative and aways curious, able to see the bigger picture and drive transformation
  • You must be enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude and able to adapt to changing business needs and circumstances
