Edit daily Food and Beveragereports accurately reconciling allactivities

Deliver accurate audit reports to theConference & Events manager

Follow up on anyqueries or missing checks with the Food and Beverage outletSupervisors

Compare Food and Beverage revenueswith computer system reports

Prepare daily eventreports and review function sheets

Assist withlabor planning and management

Prepare andorganize F&B purchase orders for operating equipment stationeryand supplies

Act in accordance with fire healthand safety regulations and follow the correct procedures whenrequired
