Position: Nursery Assistant
Location: Fordingbridge
Salary Type: £12.82 - £15.00 Per Hour
Start Date: Immediately 

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive impact on their development? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Nursery Assistants in Fordingbridge This would be perfect for someone who wishes to go in as apprentice or level 1 - level 3 qualifield.

The facilities are very up to date & provide a very fun approach to play/learning through play & other state of the art equipment.

The Opportunity:

  • Work with children aged 4 months to 4 years: Engage, inspire, and support the growth of our little learners.
  • Open to both qualified and unqualified Nursery Practitioners: Whether you're already qualified up to Level 2/3 or aspiring to kickstart your career, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Convenient Location
  • Flexible Hours: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with 32 to 40 hours a week

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about working with children: As a Nursery Practitioner, your genuine love for children will shine through.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with parents/carers and collaborate effectively with our team.
  • Reliable and Punctual: Demonstrate your commitment to excellence through reliability and punctuality.
  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (preferred but not required): Take advantage of opportunities for growth and development.

To work with GSL Education as a Nursery Assistant, you should: 
 

  • Have the right to work in the UK. 
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years. 
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
