Nursery Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant in Fordingbridge. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with children aged 4 months to 4 years, engaging, inspiring, and supporting their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play.
  • Support the implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that children's needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to attending work regularly and on time.
  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (desirable but not essential).
