We're looking for a hands-on and creative Content Marketer to join the B2B marketing team for HSS ProService Marketplace, where you'll be a key player crafting content strategies and executing projects across our written platforms. Working closely with internal and external teams, you’ll create compelling written content, manage long-form projects, and drive results through your strategic content pillars.

This is an excellent opportunity in a rapidly-expanding team, where you'll be able to showcase your skills and reap the rewards of your hard work.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that strengthens brand image and supports marketing goals.
  • Create and edit compelling SEO friendly web pages, blogs, emails, and other content as required.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal teams to ensure consistence and accuracy in messaging and branding.
  • Working within our brand guidelines and tone of voice to create attractive and compelling copy to delight and retain our audience.
  • Managing content within content management systems for the main website and user-only platform.
  • Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase.
  • Regularly analysing content performance metrics to identify areas for optimisation.


What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in content marketing, preferably B2B.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver tailored content solutions.
  • Experience using content management systems and SEO techniques.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar.
  • Strong research skills and ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage projects effectively.
