Building on our growth, AXA Commercial continues to focus on delivering our underwriting strategy and income, increasing distribution and sales expertise, and customer service excellence through our branch network.
What you'll be doing:
You'll work with Distribution & Trading Director and their Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to deliver AXA Commercial's strategy. An integral part of the SLT, you can shape this role and make it your own.
Support creation of Distribution & Trading business updates and presentations, as well as organise and produce meeting agendas, minutes, and insightful meeting packs for SLT team meetings and other trading boards. Own and drive multiple strategic projects to support our transformational journey and deliver our business strategy. These could include driving excellence across operations, distribution and underwriting to improve our trading performance. Liaise with key external and internal stakeholders on behalf of Distribution & Trading Director. Use this association to influence and follow up on key initiatives.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll spend 2 or 3 days a week in one of our branches or in the market. Ideally, you'll be based in London, where most of the SLT are located. We're open to applications from other locations, but you'll need to be comfortable with frequent travel.
