We’re now recruiting for the class of 24 and have a number of specialist Apprenticeships available in Social Media, Creative, Account Management, PR, TV Production and Video Editing You’ll study for a relevant NVQ, whilst learning on the job in your chosen area. And then there’s the summer pool party, outdoor cinema nights, yoga clubs, annual fireworks display etc etc. We’ll see you in the pool…

The Part You'll Play.....
This is an amazing opportunity to develop a career in Account Management, gaining experience working on campaigns across TV, online and Press. Apprenticeships are a great option - not only do you get hands-on training and the chance to put your skills into practice, but you will also earn while you learn
As an Apprentice in Account Management you’ll study for the Advertising and Media Executive Apprenticeship, whilst working with our Account Management team on clients like Aldi, BUPA and Smyths Toys. You’ll learn how to develop effective creative briefs whilst project managing the campaigns, working closely with our Creative, Social and Production teams across the agency.

As a Advertising & Media Executive Apprentice you’ll…
  • Have contact with client, developing and maintaining a close and productive relationship with relevant contacts.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures.
  • Work with an Account Manager to ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and on budget.
  • Issue and distribute regular ‘work in progress’ reports internally and externally.
  • Issue contact reports for key meetings and telephone conversations.
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s business.


What you’ll need as a Advertising & Media Executive Apprentice …..
Minimum Criteria:
Our Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 18 who shares our passion for Creativity. For the Account Management Apprenticeship you must have a GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English and a desire to learn and develop a career in Account Management.

As our Apprentices will be studying a Level 3 Standard apprenticeship, we are unfortunately unable to consider Graduates with degrees in Marketing, PR or Advertising disciplines for the Apprenticeship programme, due to course overlap.

Additional skills:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Attention to detail, team working skills and the ability to work within an ever changing environment.
  • Customer focussed – experience within customer facing roles would be advantageous
