Key Responsibilities:Responsible for accurate import/export customs administration and associated record keeping and carrying out general administration duties within Stores to ensure that all Stores records are updated and filed.Ensuring all company parts and materials are classified in accordance with UK trade tariff codes and the import/export is processed using the correct customs regime using the computerised stock management system.Liaising with internal teams such as Engineering Administration and Finance and review monthly reports showing all imports/exports in order to identify and rectify any incorrect declarations.
Requirements:Ideally have previous experience in Freight Forwarding and Customs Compliance.Strong IT skills including MS Office, excellent communication and good general administration skills.A dangerous Goods qualification is desirable but not essential. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting forward-thinking business. We operate scheduled leisure flights to holiday destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and to European Leisure Cities from our 12 UK bases.
