Current contract roles
- Social Worker - Level 2 - Adults (Paye £ 31.41 ph (£28.03 ph + 12.07 % holiday entitlement) / Umbrella £35.00 ph) Senior Social Workers required to work onsite at a busy Acute Hospital in Boston, Lincolnshire completing proportionate assessments to support a person's discharge from hospital in a timely manner. Utilising Home first principles and strengths-based practice the workers would be supporting the individual, working with their families and carers, and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams to support discharge to the person's own home where possible. Being able to work collaboratively with Health and the Voluntary sector is a must.
- Knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Continuing Healthcare and Safeguarding practice are essential to the role as workers for these positions will support junior members of the team.
- This is a 7 day service - working as part of a rota at weekends is included in the job role.
- Social Worker - Level 2 - Children (Paye £33.62 ph (£30.00 ph + 12.07 % holiday entitlement) / Umbrella £37.46 ph)
- Social Worker - Level 2 - Children (Paye £33.62 ph (£30.00 ph + 12.07 % holiday entitlement) / Umbrella £37.46 ph) SW required for FAST Team - covers CIN, CP and CIC work. Must have court experience.
- Advanced Practitioner - Childrens (G10) (Paye £35.91 ph (£32.04 ph + 12.07 % holiday entitlement) / Umbrella £40.00 ph) Social worker to cover vacant post not been able to recruit to

Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of two years of UK experience as a qualified social worker.
- Must have post-qualified experience of a minimum of two years.
- A valid Social Work England (SWE) Number
- Professional qualifications in Social Work such as a Diploma in Social Work, BA/BSc/MA in Social Work, or CQSW, as required by Social Work England, are mandatory.
- The candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.
- A minimum of five years of references are necessary.
- An Enhanced DBS (registered to update service/ new DBS required) is essential.
