Sales oriented: He/she is results oriented with a strong ability to negotiate and convince a passive candidate to become a candidate. Innovative: Can start again from scratch by thinking out of the box. Ability to learn and acquire new search skills – continuous learner.

The right skills:

2-3 years of overall business experience. Preferably with some experience in a recruitment agency or talent acquisition team or HR Generalist background. Effective communication skills, ability to engage and convince potential passive candidates. Can Master Boolean Research. Is able to navigate and master the various online and offline sourcing channels. Proficient in English and additional language is a plus
