Purpose : The Operations Manager in Glasgow depot is essential to our lower tier COMAH site’s success, ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient operations. This position is key to achieving our financial goals, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Spearhead depot operations at our lower tier COMAH site in Glasgow, focusing on safety and great service.
•Drive financial performance, contributing significantly to EBITDA targets and Service Excellence goals.
•Lead in identifying and managing site improvements through our Capital Investment Program.
•Ensure efficient capacity planning and production plan delivery, driving capacity efficiency and growth.
•Maintain operations and transport functions within budget, emphasizing continuous improvement in cost control.
•Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required Skills:

•Knowledge and experience in process safety risk management, ideally within COMAH regulations.
