Your Role and Impact: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the seamless execution of our daily operations, ensuring that all processes align with our mission and values. Your role will be pivotal in optimising efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting our growth in the renewable energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational Excellence: Lead and manage the operations team to ensure the efficient delivery of our products and services. Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and addressing any operational challenges promptly.
  • Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, inventory management, and logistics to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
  • Build Relationships: Within the team, our suppliers, and our clients through nurture and precise communication.

What We're Looking For:


  • Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, able to compile actionable KPI reports with ease and with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Tech-Savvy: Enthusiastic about leveraging software to enhance reporting accuracy, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will embrace technology and think innovatively about process improvements, using software as a powerful tool for transformation
