Responsibilities

  • Working1:1 with students who have specialeducational needs helping them engage with lessons and develop bothacademically and socially.
  • Assisting teachersin the preparation and adaptation of resources to support studentswith additional needs.
  • Supporting students withpositive behavior strategies andpromoting independence and confidence in theirlearning.

ExperienceandQualifications

  • Experienceworking as an SEN Teaching Assistantor in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Strongpassion for supporting children with specialeducational needs
  • Excellentcommunication andinterpersonalskills
  • A clear DBScheck
  • Legal right to work withintheUK
