About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at our partnership schools in Cambridgeshire.


This exciting opportunity offers flexibility, encompassing both day-to-day and long-term positions, and potential temporary to permanent roles within primary schools.



Key Responsibilities



  • Assist the teacher in providing a full range of stimulating activities for children in a class and/or group.
  • Prepare classrooms for lessons, including setting out and tidying away equipment and materials required in the programme at the beginning and end of each day, where applicable.
  • Supervise at break and lunch times under a designated role to ensure a happy playtime.
  • Support children in learning through play by observing, interacting, and playing alongside them.


Requirements



  • Adaptability to work in day-to-day supply or commit to long-term positions.
  • Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
  • Previous experience within a Primary School or relevant Teaching Assistant course.

Salary & Hours


Between £90 - £120 per day. Hours are 8:30-3:30pm (you will be compensated for anything outside of these hours).
