Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Work closely with the Head Teacher to provide strategic leadership and direction for the school, contributing to its overall success.

Curriculum Development: Drive improvements in teaching and learning, ensuring the curriculum is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the school's vision.

Staff Development: Support the professional development of staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Safeguarding: Play a key role in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for students, overseeing safeguarding procedures and policies.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold QTS and relevant teaching qualifications.

Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within a primary school setting.

Vision and Innovation: Demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to education, contributing fresh ideas to enhance the school's success.
