Lara Search are currently seeking for a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our dynamic team of educators. As a Classroom Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to provide a positive learning environment for our students in our schools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Help supervise students during classroom activities, including group work and individual assignments.
- Provide support to students with special needs or learning difficulties.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Grade assignments and provide feedback to students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
- Experience working in a classroom setting or with children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- Patience and compassion for students with different learning needs.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
