Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the accounting industry.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases for tracking employee information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
