The Role

Wearelooking for our next Site Manager todeliver exceptional service to our clients through our field teamsand contractors and be the key contact on site supporting projectmanagers to ensure effective delivery and quality from start tofinish.

Anidea of what youll bedoing:

  • You willsupervise internal staff and subcontractors in the delivery of theonsite elements of new Electricityconnections.
  • You will ensureworks are carried out in line with safety healthenvironmental and qualitystandards.
  • Youll ensure allworks are completed to the relevant IDNO DNO and clientstandards
  • You will beundertaking onsite safety reporting and quality audits recordingand closing out any projectnonconformances.
  • You willorganise and supervise staff to ensure productivity ismaximised.
  • You will beliaising with Clients Site Managers and stakeholders regardingprogramming and management of on site and off siteworks.


Requirements When you join you will go through our topnotchinduction and onboarding process and have opportunities to developfurther through our in house trainingacademy.

Youll have a proven track recordof:

  • Reviewing Work Instructions RiskAssessments Method Statements for craftteams.
  • Ensuring onsite safety paperwork is returned checkedand signed off as per Sinewave s processes procedures and KeyPerformance Indicators.
  • Liaising with Sinewave s technical teams andProject Managers where required.
  • Managingproject materials in line with Sinewave s processes andprocedures.
  • Regularly communicating with all key stakeholders andprovide regular reports as and when required.

Youll already have experience & qualificationsin:

  • Full UK driving license (Maximum of 3points).
  • Experience in site supervision within theUtilities distribution industry
  • SMSTS
  • EUSR Shea Power or equivalent
  • Emergency FirstAid
  • Qualification in Electrical Engineeringwould be an advantage
  • Project Managementexperience
